34th Annual Rosemount Marching Band Festival

Prelims Session: Gates open at 10:00AM
Finals Session: Gates open at 6:30PM
Festival Admission:
Souvenir Program: $ 5.00
Single Session Admission: $12 Adults, $8 Students (K-12) & Senior Citizens
Both Sessions Admission: $20 Adults, $15 Students (K-12) & Senior Citizens
Prelims Awards:
Awards will be presented for placement in each class (A, AA, AAA) as well as Outstanding Hornline, Outstanding Percussion and Outstanding Color Guard per Class.
• At the conclusion of the Preliminary awards ceremony, the top ten (10) scoring Bands regardless of class will be announced in random order.
• Those ten (10) highest-scoring bands, regardless of class, are invited to perform in the evening Finals competition.
• Any Class Champion Band, if not among the ten (10) highest scoring Bands performing in Finals competition, will be invited to perform in exhibition at the opening of the Finals competition.
• The Rosemount Marching Band Competition Finalist performance schedule will be finalized based on a pre-draw conducted at the Band Check-in process prior to Preliminary Performances.
• The top 5 scoring Bands from Prelims will be assigned the last 5 Performance times in numerical order according to the pre-draw. The next 5 will be assigned the first 5 Performance times in numerical order according to the pre-draw. In the event of a 10th place tie, the draw will be adjusted to top 5, second 6 (or similar, according to the number of finalists)
Finals Awards:
Awards will be presented to 1st through 10th place overall as well as Highest Achievement Awards for Outstanding Music Performance, Outstanding Visual Performance and Outstanding General Effect.
