Rosemount Alumni Marching Band Update (July 9, 2026)
After carefully looking at our registration numbers, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Alumni Marching Band for the 2027 Rosemount Leprechaun Days Parade.
This was not an easy decision. Our hope was to put together a group that truly represented the tradition of the Rosemount Band Program and allowed our current students to see alumni who still love playing their instruments, spinning a flag, and being part of something that meant so much to them. We simply didn't have enough participants to create the kind of ensemble that would reflect the pride and tradition of our program.
Thank you again for your continued support of the Rosemount High School Band Program. While we are disappointed we won't be able to make this event happen, we remain hopeful that we'll have another opportunity in the future to bring our alumni together.
