A friendly reminder regarding Marching Band Payments:
1st Marching Band Payment (of 3 total) is:
$200, due April 21

Summary of Marching Band payments:
*Payment #1 - $200, due April 21
*Payment #2 - $400, due June 2
*Payment #3 - $300, due July 14

These payments cover the costs of Band Camp (one week at St. John's University); Marshall and BOA St. Louis overnight trips, and all Competition Weekend Bus costs.
Please make checks payable to: RHS Band
If you choose to use money from your RHS Band Fundraising Charms Account to pay for any of this – please write us (or e-mail:
steve.olsen@district196.org) a note stating how much you wish to use for which payment.

RHS Band Garage Sale VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Donations Drop off Collections - RHS Parking Lot (collection trailers)
(Volunteers will help unload donations and sort/organize items in trailers) Rain or shine!
     •Saturday, April 26, 10am-3pm
    •Sunday, April 27, Noon-3pm
    •Monday, April 28, 5-8pm
    •Tuesday, April 29, 5-8pm
    •Wednesday, April 30, 5-8pm
    •Thursday, May 1, 5-8pm

Friday, May 2:

Facilities Set Up: 2:30-4pm (Volunteers will setup the display tables, coat racks, etc; begin unloading trailers)  
*Important*: Trailer Unloading/Display Merchandise/Pricing 4-8pm


Saturday, May 3, 7am-4pm:
            Cashiers/Tally/Item Holds
            Department Assistants/Runners/Carry Out
            Brat Stand Worker  - 10am-3pm

**Extremely Important** Tear Down/Load Trailer/Cafeteria reset - 4pm - until it's done!

Sunday, May 4 - 10am-noon:  Unload Trailer at Goodwill
