Donations
Accepted at the COLLECTION TRAILER
(semi-truck trailer) located in the
Rosemount High School Parking Lot
COLLECTION TIMES:
Donations will be accepted
at the Collection Trailer (semi-truck
trailer) in the Rosemount High School
Parking Lot on:
• Saturday, April 24, 10
AM – 3 PM
• Sunday, April 25, 12 Noon – 3 PM
• Monday, April 26, 6 – 8 PM
• Tuesday, April 27, 6 – 8 PM
• Wednesday, April 28, 6 – 8 PM
• Thursday, April 29, 6 – 8 PM
• Friday, April 30, 4 - 8 PM, deliver to the
RHS Student Center
(Large items will only be
accepted on Friday, deliver to the Student
Center)
Gently used items, furniture that
does not need repair or cleaning.
We have the right
to refuse an item.
Items not accepted:
Beds/Mattress/Bed frames/Sofa Sleeper
Baby Furniture/Car seats
Exercise Equipment
Large Appliances/Computers
Microwaves/Metal Office Furniture
Gas Powered Items
Large Seasonal Items (i.e.: Christmas Tree)

WAYS YOU CAN HELP OUR SALE BE SUCCESSFUL:
1. Volunteer!
- see Volunteer Opportunities listed below
2. Save and
donate any gently used items that you no longer use
or need. Specifics on donation items
and drop off times and locations listed above
3. Create
awareness of the sale. Alert others who may
be interested in making a donation or in
volunteering to help. Refer them to the Web site for
more information.
4. Check this
site periodically for updates. New
information about the sale and volunteer
opportunities will be added as it becomes available.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
SECTION
LEADER – work during the set-up day
(Friday) and the day of sale (Saturday); in charge
of one section of the Garage Sale.
DONATION
TRAILER WORKER – during the week leading up
to the Garage Sale, help with donations at the
trailers, (unload, sort and organize donations).
GENERAL
VOUNTEER – help where needed, during the
set-up day (Friday) and on the day of the Garage
Sale (Saturday) (floor worker, cashier, security,
food sales, etc.).
PUBLIC
RELATIONS/ADVERTISING – promoting and
advertising the Garage Sale. “Get the word out” -
this will include e-mails, mailing list, contacting
business for donations, putting posters out, phone
calls, and contacting our local newspapers.
"GRILLED
BRATS" SALE COORDINATOR - coordinate and
organize our Brat Sale (same day as Garage Sale),
which would also require securing a barbecue grill
on the day of the Garage Sale.
SET-UP DAY
VOLUNTEER - Set-up day will occur on
Friday, May 1, 2:30 PM

costs associated with the
Marching Band TRAILER
(tractor leasing, fuel, licensing, insurance,
trailer maintenance, etc.)
