Eastview & Rosemount Marching Band Festivals SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10
 
• 12:00 Noon - All RHS Marching Band Members REPORT – wearing Full Uniform  (eat
lunch prior to arrival)
BRING:  change of clothes, money for food (or bag lunch Supper)  – STORE STUFF IN PAC
• 12:15 PM - Warm-Up/Rehearsal begins – RHS Stadium, full uniform with you
• 12:50 PM – Perform Nat’l Anthem
•1:00 PM – Rosemount home show begins, change out of uniform, watch bands perform in
stadium, eat lunch at Concessions Stand
**Immediately after River Falls performs, change into uniform & warm-up
4:15 PM – Staged at RHS Stadium entry gates
4:30 PM – Rosemount exhibition performance, awards follow, stay on running track to
watch awards ceremony
5:15 PM –  Meet in PAC, watch video of performance
•Load Trailer
•Supper Break:  eat at the RHS Stadium Concessions Stand; or bring a bag lunch to
eat at school.
YOU MUST EAT SUPPER PRIOR TO OUR DEPARTURE!
• 7:00 PM - Four (4) Buses arrive (with small trailers), Hornline instruments go
in Bus Trailers
• Wear full uniform on bus (leave garment bag & Shako Box at RHS) 
• Carry Shako/gloves on bus with you  
•7:20 PM – Load Buses
• 7:30 PM - Depart
• 7:30 PM - arrive at Eastview, unload equipment.  Check-out the stadium. 
Section / group warm-up.
• 9:30 PM - RHS Band staged at stadium gates
• 9:45 PM - RHS Band performs
• Immediately following our performance: 
 - Hornline & Guard will meet in Stadium End-zone
 - Battery & Front Line Percussion move all equipment to trailer
 - Everyone stay in uniform until show ends 
 - Awards ceremony requires Drum Majors only (in full uniform)
• 10:15 PM - show ends (approximate time)
• 10:45 PM - Depart Eastview
• 11 PM - Arrive back to RHS (approximate time), EVERYONE MUST
HELP UNLOAD EQUIPMENT TRAILER 
• All students MUST RIDE THE BUS TO & FROM Eastview, unless parents have
given written authorization to do otherwise in advance.

ALL PARENTS - We will need help unloading the equipment trailer at RHS. 
If you are planning to pick-up your child at RHS, please help unload the
trailer located in the front parking lot of RHS.  All equipment will be stored
in the Bandroom & Portable Classroom.  THANK YOU!!!  in advance for
your help!!!

PARENT/SPECTATOR INFORMATION:
• Parents, families and friends are highly encouraged to arrive early at this event
for the best seats!  Stadium seating is general admission, with no reserved
seating.  The best seats are always high on the 50 yardline, and are available on
a “first-come first-serve” basis.  It is recommended that you arrive 30-45 minutes
prior to the start of the show for best seat selection.
• Dress for the weather.  Bring blankets, wear Rosemount colors (Blue & Gold), 
keep warm by sitting with other Rosemount parents/families and CHEER loudly  - 
which is a great way to warm-up and let our kids know that they have
enthusiastic fans!!!!
•Please cheer for all of the bands & be respectful and encouraging of all bands
efforts and hard work!
• Parking is available in a large parking-lot located next to the stadium
• Admission $8 adults, $5 students/senior citizens
• Concessions (variety of food & beverages) are available
