LAST MARCHING BAND FOOTBALL GAME OF THE SEASON: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19  6 PM REPORT in full uniform 9:15 PM - Done after watching half-time performance video in PAC NO SCHOOL / NO BAND PRACTICE – Thursday 10/20 & Friday 10/21 ------------------------------- YIM - Youth In Music -  STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22 Metrodome 9 AM – All Percussionists report to RHS 10 AM – Hornline & Color Guard Report to RHS 10:00  - 11:30 AM – Practice in RHS stadium - all RHS Marching Band members (dress appropriate for the weather!) --------- 11:30 AM – LOAD TRAILER (PARENT HELP NEEDED), Eat lunch (BRING A BAG LUNCH), CHANGE INTO UNIFORM --------- 12 Noon – 4 Buses arrive 12:15 PM – Depart, bring your Uniform Garment Bag and a change of clothes on bus with you. 12:45 PM – Arrive at Metrodome, unload equipment, begin warm-up sequence 1:45 PM – Indoor Warm-Up, Area 1 3:15 PM  - Tunnel Entrance --------- 3:45 PM – Rosemount Prelim’s Performance --------- •Immediately following performance, park all equipment on sidelines, everyone proceeds up into seating area to watch UW-LaCrosse Marching Band and awards 4:15 – Awards ceremony, Finals Performance Order announced --------- •Students store equipment – TBA - change out of uniform, go to supper in the Metrodome ****SUPPER IS PROVIDED @ METRODOME (take stairs by Gate F to upper concourse, where box lunches are distributed) 7:00 PM - Finals performances begin •Rosemount performance time TBA 10:15 PM - Finals Awards Ceremony 10:30 PM - Show concludes – everyone help load the trailer. ***PARENT HELP NEEDED TO LOAD TRAILER at Metrodome 11:30 PM – arrive back to RHS, everyone help unload the trailer ***PARENT HELP NEEDED TO UNLOAD TRAILER at RHS --------------------- More details regarding YIM can be found on their website: http://www.youthinmusic.org/
